Brew Master of Mother Earth Brewing Featured in Highly Regarded Beer Magazine

Beer Advocate, a highly regarded beer magazine recently featured Mother Earth Brewing’s Brew Master, Josh D. Brewer. Brewer appeared in the “Last Call” section, a full page that offered Brewer the opportunity to chat with craft beer lovers about any topic he desired.

Brewer chose to share his brewing philosophy; “Good Enough Isn’t.” In short, Brewer explained:

What “Good Enough Isn’t” means to me begins with using the highest quality ingredients, adhering to the strictest of sanitation guidelines, and being fully engaged in the product from grain to glass. It’s a craft brewing philosophy, a carrot to strive for, and I bet it’s one that many other craft brewers and homebrewers live by quite naturally, without trying, without realizing it. In short, it’s simply the very essence, the very core of craft beer. It could be craft beer’s tag line.
